Daily Duties at Cracker Barrell Rest.:
Duties included but not limited to: Oversee management duties of restaurant operations including labor, food and supply costs. Ability to run and perform all duties of a restaurant shift including server, cook, dishwasher and cashier. Proper money handling and end of day paperwork. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training and retention of new employees. Customer service. Participate in the continued educational training of employees. Key attributes used in this position: Ability to multi-task, Good verbal communication skills, Good presentation skills, Organization, Leadership Key accomplishments: As an hourly employee, was awarded employee of the month after my 4th month, Was able to complete the management intern program in one of the shortest times possible, Was a part of a management team that took a store from 8th in a district of 9 stores to 1st in sales and customer service
