Helping customers troubleshoot issues with phones and service plans. Proper cash handling and end of day store closing procedures & paperwork. Key attributes used in this position: Ability to multi-task, Good verbal communication skills, Good presentation skills, Organization, Leadership Key accomplishments: Made an immediate impact in Cricket activations for one location which helped that location win a regional sales contest. Based on performance within the first three months, picked by owner to move into management role when next new location opens.
