Management of rehab operations in long term care facilities in up to thirty buildings in two states Developed ongoing cost effective programs within each facility Active in marketing of new facilities Maintained relationships with hospitals and physicians to increase facility referrals Hiring/Training of staff Developed forms that would increase efficiency and decrease paperwork CQI Coordinator for all buildings
