Daily Duties at Rehab Care Group:
Coordination of staff and patient schedules to maintain required efficiency standards. Work in tandem with hospital based employees to maximize workload of full and part time employees. Management of all documentation related to billing as well as responsible for budget Manage quality of services being provided as well as the quality of the documentation being generated Provide treatment and supervision of tech during treatment as needed Supervision of CFY Work closely with all other departments to assure that the care of the residents is of the highest quality and that all needs are met Marketing of facility within the community Provide inservices for all facility staff Source of information/education to facility as needed
