Daily Duties at Irt Of Texas:

Provide customer service to all internal customers. Collaborated with other functional areas including; Human Resources, Training, Workforce, Marketing, and Finance/Payroll. Responsible for building a team environment with peers. Provided leadership, direction, support and career development to Call Center supervisors. Train, motivate and coached the Call Center staff on the essential skills and tools needed to succeed in their roles. Prioritized team goals and individual goals to effectively achieve business objectives. Communicated frequently and openly with team members to achieve the Call Center's Sales Goals. Worked with the Quality department to ensure consistency in call evaluations. Worked closely with Call Center Director with strategic planning as it pertains to Call Center Operation Provided knowledge of products processes, and call center trends to provide recommendations that improve the customer experience, employee satisfaction, and corporate performance. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures for Call Center departments and ensuring best practices were maintained. Managed Call Center sales incentives. Established a strong leadership presence within the Call Center by being involved, interacting on the call center floor, and being approachable. Other duties as assigned.
