Daily Duties at Sole Proprietorship:
Procure and manage non-judicial foreclosures for mortgage brokers and independent lenders, perform and analyzed condition of title from county search; coordinate TSG and mailings with Title Company, facilitate forbearance agreement, modification if applicable, mitigate pre foreclosure solutions, correlate publication, posting, recording of default documents to execute sale. Facilitate post foreclosure procedures.
