· I was the Administrative Assistant to the President of all three companies, and for two Vice Presidents · Screened all calls for the President and the two Vice Presidents · Prepared correspondence for the President and both Vice Presidents · Answered 16 incoming lines, and transferred to 25 extensions · Made all travel arrangements, hotel reservations and restaurant reservations for management personnel of Four Winds International and FWXpress offices. That involved anywhere from 3 to 50 people · Interacted with managers from all 40 of our offices at annual meetings · Opened and distributed all mail both regular and confidential · Helped prepare a Policy and Procedure Manual for FWXPress · Prepared office profiles and brochures for all Four Winds and FWXPress offices both in the US and overseas · Ordered all office supplies, and office equipment
