Open, manage, and integration of acquired testing facilities, oversee initial set-up and conduct quarterly site audits. Perform extensive recruiting, training, and development of office staff. Evaluated office support staff, and administered disciplinary actions, supervise, coach, and mentor to achieve business/quality standards, corporate objectives, and employee expectations. Key Accomplishments: • Recognized by Channel Director for third Party & Corporate facilities reaching 98% of all centers receiving Gold or Silver designations. • Negotiated grievances and improved employees’ job satisfaction by implementing strategies to convey appreciation for their work contributions.
