Daily Duties at Thomson Prometric:
Management and supervision of 2 corporate sites with 16 direct reports and 30 third-party sites; ensuring smooth daily operations. Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives. Maintain and monitoring of center budgets and operational costs. Open, manage, and integration of acquired testing facilities, oversee initial set-up and conduct quarterly site audits. Perform extensive recruiting, training, and development of office staff. Evaluated office support staff, and administered disciplinary actions, supervise, coach, and mentor to achieve business/quality standards, corporate objectives, and employee expectations. Key Accomplishments: • Recognized by Channel Director for third Party & Corporate facilities reaching 98% of all centers receiving Gold or Silver designations. • Negotiated grievances and improved employees’ job satisfaction by implementing strategies to convey appreciation for their work contributions.
