Daily Duties at Central Sacramento Rating & Airflow:
Responsible for maintain strong customer relations and up sale of company enhancement products and support. Heavy inbound and outbound calls made daily to schedule or reschedule appointments for technicians to perform services, heavy filing and MS Office use in an intranet field. Updating and re-classing clients billing problems past and present. Responsible for tracking and insuring all company invoices to be sent to accounting for processing
