Centralized site selection, feasibility analysis, planning and design, construction, accounting, purchasing and maintenance. Responsible for property management services to over 1,500,000 sq. ft. of office space and 120+ retail offices. Controlled an annual capital budget of up to $30,000,000 and a departmental budget of $1.2 million. Managed a staff of 10-21.
