Daily Duties at Destinaitons Fashions:

Coming in to this small direct selling company as an intern, I was given increasing responsibilities culminating with being placed in charge of production and design of all apparel and accessories. Responsible for the timely approval of all trims and sample construction, calculating seasonal budget, calculating sales percents to decrease backorders and be in production before backorders accumulate. I designed all of the seasonal collections in fall 2005 thru spring 2007; the responsibilities included managing the fit, construction, patterning, fabrication, and coloration of each garment.
