- Responsible & Managed of all daily retail business, schedule workload, staffing, build sales and marketing, customer care, cash management, business planning, balance P & L, inventory control audit system, and cost control effectively. - Responsible all Job fair Expos, Recruiting Management and Staffing, Coaching, system training, and all other HR process and issues. - Increased sales from $2 million to $7 million in 3rd year into operation with company - Continually achieve 115% to 200% in sales VS. Month to month quotas.
