Extensive travel, phone, and interpersonal skills used to educate/ resolve issues with dealers, salespeople, and general public. Schedule and conduct detailed product education presentations using audio/video aids to all clients in territory. Scheduled product demonstrations in conjuction with dealer events, consumer shows, and resorts. Worked closely with R&D dpt product testing and evaluating new product designs.
