Team Lead for NPAC/LEC Interface group. Troubleshoot and resolve/ escalate issues dealing with LNP "Local Number Portability". Familiar with SS7, AIN, LNP, ICOMS, ABSM, LNP-SMS, Connect-Vu, LNIE, LERG, and Media Vantage telephony software.
