Daily Duties at Autonomy, Inc.:

• Administrative Support to Sr. VP of Worldwide Professional Services, Global Head of Services and Head of Education • Domestic and International Travel, meeting and calendar coordination • Preparation of Expense Reports and verifying consultant’s expenses • Revenue Forecast and spreadsheets for Consulting and Education • Creating Presentations • Publish updates to internal Consulting and Education web pages • Handle Consulting, Education and Sales inquires • Provide support to Consulting Managers, Consultants and Education Facilitators • System Administration of Quickarrow – Consulting Database – timecards & consulting projects • System Administration of ViewCentral – Education Database – registrations, schedules & courses • Handling 3rd Party Consultants, including invoicing and contracts • Contract Administration with Legal • Setup of Management Meetings as well as annual week long Consulting Conference • Order Entry of Training and Consulting Orders • Preparation of Purchase orders • Set up of Classroom including Computer administration and catering • Registrations – including inquires by e-mail, confirmations and sending out manuals • Prepared training schedules, class lists and ordering training manuals • Set up of virtual classroom including, templates and course materials
