Provide office and overall management for large rental home property. Assign all work to be completed by office assistants, vendors and other workers. Supervise all property employees by scheduling and assigning tasks, reviewing progress, Tracking employee time and signing off on all work completed. Interview prospective employees for Sea Breeze Villas and related corporate properties. Train new management employees for several corporate-owned properties. Act as liaison between tenants, property staff, vendors and corporate owners. Run credit and background checks on all prospective residents. Prepare and execute leases, compliance requests, eviction notices and other legal documents as required. Maintain all ledgers, computer databases and spreadsheets. Inspect units, acquire bids / schedule rental unit and building maintenance as needed. Collect rents, prepare and regularly deliver bank deposits. Perform all daily office administration and reception duties. Provide administrative support for other corporate properties as requested by corporate.
