Daily Duties at Scriptics Corporation:
Created and presented commercial training courses for the Tcl/Tk programming language and business-to-business e-commerce products based on XML and Tcl. Participated in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new instructors. Trained and mentored new instructors. Designed and wrote documentation for Tcl/Tk development tools. Introduced procedures for developing product documentation and interacting with other departments. Planned, led, and coordinated development and production of product documentation set, including printed manuals and on-line help system.
