Maintains and stocks all print stations on a daily basis ,ensuring the printers ,fax machines and copiers are in working order and well stock with paper,extra paper,envelopes,and letterhead should be at each station, replaces toner catridges when needed in printers and copiers,orders printer and copier supplies when necessary,coordinates the ordering of all logo merchadise and mailing supplies with established vendors,including letterhead,envelopes and business cards.
