Daily Duties at Ramada Plaza Hotel:

I held 2 titles with this employer my main title was a reservationist and then I assisted as a front desk associate on a daily basis. Reminding and ensuring that all special requests and needs were met to each individual guest. In charge of room blocks for groups and other parties staying at hotel. Book rooms and take reservations while implementing my multi tasking skills and servicing the front desk. Assisting front desk manager as well as director of sales and catering manager with all administrative support and other needs.
