Daily Duties at Grapevine Mills Security:
? Supervised 12 - 15 officers responsible for daily assignments, patrol operations, and mall customer service operations ? Supervised communication operations including radio compliance and digital security surveillance ? Conducted 90 day and Annual Evaluations ? Worked closely with the Grapevine Police Department enforcing the mall and the city of Grapevine ordinances ? Assisted the Mall Marketing Department with administrative duties and event execution. ? Trained staff and the management team in Bomb Threat and Evacuation procedures
