Responsibilities •Managed open stock transfers reporting in SAP to update delivery notes with current status of information and communicate status issues to supply analysts for resolution •Daily Management of supply chain alerts to ensure on time delivery •Supported new product introductions/product changeovers by setting up new SKUs in the SAP Material Determination system Achievements •Responsible for satisfying customer demand by managing transfers for 80% of the production at a mill to consumer market requirements •Utilized Manugistics to identify supply/demand imbalances then arrange deployment of demand driven stock transfers to satisfy market demand requirements •Proactively compared sales forecasts with production schedules 12-weeks in advance to determine where production needs to be shifted to maintain safety stock levels and prevent stock outs
