Daily Duties at Transfreight, Llc:
Responsibilities •Responsible for invoicing paperwork; e.g. point of pick-up verification and driver check sheets for 150 suppliers and 7 carriers •Constructed Process Flow Chart for Kubota •Provided weekly KPI information on cube utilization and contingency planning •Updated the transportation system when there were production changes •Communicated all routing changes to Kubota, vendors and internal customers •Maintained and manage TMW by arranging, monitoring and dispatching routes and employ contingency plans for system routes •Helped with invoices for weekly carrier spreadsheets for Kubota •Managed subcontracted carriers in order to ensure service, point of pick-up verification, and timely communication with respect to route status Achievements •Lead Support/Liaison for transition of traffic responsibilities to Tipp City Integrated Services (TIS) •Created Check sheets, Route Specs and help design routes for pickup at suppliers to deliver to Southeast Logistics Center (SLC) then Kubota
