Daily Duties at Delta Design:
* Process PO's/Change orders using MANMAN (accounting, purchasing, tracking system) * Send drawing to vendors for standard cost estimate * Create vendor files * Update buyer code listing/phone listing * Set up meetings for purchasing dept. * Issue Resale Certificates to vendors upon request * Order supplies from office Depot and verify invoices * Distribute weekly reports to buyers and print charts.
