* Filled in for Administrative Assistants at all levels as needed. * Performed duties such as processing e-mail, arraigning meetings, monitoring schedules and calendars to assist management. * Created and updated Excel spreadsheets to organize data. * Completed travel arraignments, processed expense reports and invoices. * Contract department support including amending contracts and sales orders.
