Daily Duties at Geo Learning:

Managed GeoLearning’s Government Practice for learning management system implementations in the Project Management Office. Provided leadership for project managers with purview over 15 Government projects. Partnered with Sales, Customer Care, and Information Technology Divisions to ensure Federal client satisfaction with the company’s delivery of quality products and services. Established a Government Practice Scorecard to track key performance indicators to communicate the value proposition for our Government clients. Collaborated with the OPM GoLearn Program Manager to manage leading edge technological and organizational transformations in accordance with E-Gov initiatives under the President’s Management Agenda. Created and implemented a customer satisfaction plan, Roadmap to Government Satisfaction, to ensure that GeoLearning’s business operations meet or exceed the expectations of its Federal clientele. Served as a member of a self-directed management team, participating in team meetings, decision making, and proposal writing efforts to acquire new business in the Federal sector, and overall administrative management of the team’s business activities. Consulted with agency executives to explore how GeoLearning’s technology, augmented by change management solutions, provided cost-effective strategies for managing workforce development, while transforming their organizations to attain performance excellence. Managed to deliverables in the OPM awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract.
