• Realized over 2.5 million in one-time savings and over 3.15 million in annualized monthly savings in first two years of employment on approximately 20 million in annual expense total • Audited and approved over 300 Switched/Special access invoices per month (CABS,CRIS,CLUB) • Provided end-to-end error discovery, dispute filings, negotiation, and claim settlement • Track and maintained Database of all circuits (OC#, DS3,DS1) relating to Sprint PCS network • Prepared and submitted tax and FCC regulatory filings • Maintained vendor relationships with high level of integrity and fostered win-win environment • Assisted in major negotiations and settlements with various RBOC’s for contract renewals and disputes • Performed cell site placement predictive analysis using internally developed regression analysis modeling to accurately predict NPV and IRR on proposed network expansion projects • Provided ad-hoc analyses regarding operational metrics and facilities costs • Assisted in necessary tasks to complete Sarbanes-Oxley 404 certification; familiar with internal controls documentation and testing methodology
