Handled all clerical and administrative functions, including requisition of necessary office supplies, the ordering and inventory of promotional items, creating and updating spreadsheets, and database management. ? Coordinated all state and regional conferences, which entailed registration, exhibiting, and sponsorship opportunities for the company. ? Researched and estimated all projects with agency clients including print, radio, direct mail, and cable to negotiate best pricing. ? Traveled to partner schools to participate in Financial Aid Seminars, Orientations, and Consolidation Workshops. ? Actively researched and coordinated local marketing events and promotions.
