Daily Duties at Dorst & Associates:

Began as receptionist; promoted to Asst. Office Mgr, then Office Mgr. See that office runs smoothly - often mediate between staff. Open & close files, created multiple reports to assist owner, order supplies, speak w/all vendors, A/P & A/R; assist with advertising, backup on phones - make appts., ans clients' questions, etc. Run billing, collections on past due accts, run all bank errands, keep bank accts balanced, filing, calendering, interview all potential new clients, all HR responsibilities, payroll. Conduct meetings as needed. Prepare all paperwork for CPA.
