Daily Duties at Aviron :
? Oversaw Filling Technicians were following proper procedures when cleaning, filling, etc, ? Trained new personnel/contractors on Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP, and filling equipment (i.e. INOVA filling machine, scales, etc)., ? Performed Environmental Monitoring, i.e. water sampling, non-viable air sampling, and personnel monitoring, ? Performed gowning qualification and training to personnel/contractors for clean room environment; and performed preparation and sterilization of filling and blending equipment, ? Maintained an open line of communication with different sales representatives. Assisted various departments to acquire control numbers and purchase requisitioning on the 4D system, ? Investigated and completed Failure Investigation Report for Out of Specification of the viable and non-viable sampling & ? Wrote, formatted, and reviewed SOP’s and Batch Records. Created and maintained spreadsheet on the share drive, i.e., manufacturing data of the blend and fill batches
