Bio-Finisher Filling Department, ? Operated the West Vial Washer, West Capping machines on multiple lines (2 different units), ? Performed bench inspection of liquid and freeze dried products, ? Performed syringe inspection on the two sided Seidenader and vial inspection on a four person Seidenader, ? Performed Environmental Monitoring, i.e. viable and non viable air sampling and personnel monitoring, ? Conducted and wrote failure investigation for Out of Specification of the viable and non-viable sampling, ? Gowning qualification for clean room environment and Dryden Hood qualification for non-preserved products and ? Assisted in the validation of the Barrier Line and the Brevetti Inspection Line
