Daily Duties at Cubic Transportation Systems, Inc.:

• Development and updating of B2B (Business-to-Business) literature, user manuals, and training courses, including multimedia presentations and testing criteria designed to evaluate success rate of meeting learning objectives, and documentation plans set forth by the company and customer. • Develop as needed web-based documentation (Help Files), and assisted others in development of Computer-Based Training. • Using RoboHelp, Macromedia Dreamweaver, MS Office Suite, Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Acrobat, Corel WordPerfect. Roughly 200 hours of classroom/laboratory training time, 30% lecture and 70% PBET. • Development of documentation and training course material for light rail, bus, and other public transportation systems, including both hardware and software training. Hardware includes electronics, Windows-based single-board computers, and various electromechanical sub-assemblies. Software was primarily Graphical User Interface for Point of Sale devices, and a Thin-Client Application for the System-wide Integration Software Package. • Documentation and Training lead for several projects, including the very successful Baltimore Rail and Port Authority Trans-Hudson subway projects. • Read and interpret complex engineering documentation, informal notes and revisions, and engineering drawings (including electronics schematics and Computer Aided Drafting mechanical drawings, exploded view illustrations, and assembly blueprints).
