Daily Duties at Countrywide Slg :
•Responsible for independently conducting full and comprehensive evaluations of a variety of complex, high-risk, mortgage loan applications and determining borrower eligibility for loan criteria •Reviewed and analyzed loan documentation for inconsistencies or red flags and fraud •Developed, trained and coached Underwriters, Processors and Account Executives in the documentation process and ensure applications consistently meet underwriting guidelines and Federal/State compliance laws •Reviewed and analyzed special conditions, loan deficiencies and guideline exception requests •Communicated products/pricing and performed follow-up activities to proactively develop and maintain business-to-business relationships •Continuous Networking through office visits and industry related trade shows
