Daily Duties at Pri/ Gas Express:

I was responsible for daily operations of all three shifts at a 24 hour a day convenience store and gas station. These operations included hiring, training, scheduling, inventory and, shrink control, bookkeeping, gas and sales reports, bank deposits, customer service and employee relations. I made sure the store was kept clean and stocked, and displays were put up for suggestive sales of merchandise, such as holidays, merchandise to match the holidays would be displayed. I had the highest sales for my area, with the help of my employees. I loved my job, but had to move back to the mainland due to a divorce.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
