Daily Duties at Dyadic International Inc.:

Provides support services to the CEO, CFO and Senior Executives on a daily basis, using discretionary judgment in handling confidential information, which duties include: ? Maintain attendance records for entire staff in accordance with employee manual ? Administrator on company group medical policy, AFLAC policy, and ADP 401k Retirement Plan ? Responsible for locating potential candidates for employment for all departments; conducting first interviews becoming an integral part of the hiring decision process ? Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary ? Write position descriptions, benefit procedures and employee handbook ? Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects ? All tasks related to employee compensation and human resource information system management ? Maintaining files for corporate agreements, research projects, correspondence, patents, legal matter, competitors and resource files ? Assist with drafting agreements and documents Administers Jupiter office facilities and services which includes: ? Office cleaning services ? Office equipment including copiers, printers, postage meters etc., Courier services ? Security systems (key control etc.) Meetings and travel arrangements ? Tracks corporate appointments for CEO ? Travel arrangements for Sr. Executive staff ? Group meetings coordinator
