Exceed, Incorporated is an Independent entity that is utilized in manners regarding Electronic Newsgathering, Electronic Field production/freelance or networking collection scenarios as they occur, where ethical standards and exemplary conduct is necessary throughout the Federal Government, State of Nevada, City of Sparks, City of Reno and Washoe County. The focus is on establishing and maintaining effective relationships within the general public, community organizations, the news media and the governmental representatives. This is accomplished through utilizing all means of communication and disseminating that information which results in the understanding of communication within the agency’s mission and activities.
