Perform system and product testing; documenting and tracking test discrepancies using software database tools; these Incident Reports provide feedback/problem descriptions to product engineering teams; adhere to thorough product requirements; formulate and manage detailed test plans and schedules; coordinate test resources; maintain an organized and effective test environment; act as Test Director for customer acceptance testing; generate and maintain test related documentation test plans, procedures and reports.
