Daily Duties at Hills Flotal Group:
Direct support of 1000 employee’s in regards to all human resource issues; Benefits, insurance needs and employee relations. Weekly reporting of 401(k) plan, worker’s compensation and company vehicle Driver’s Alert program. Payroll Supervisor; ensured that all payroll was handled in a timely and consistent manner. Sole responsibility of new hire paperwork compliance. Ensured that all disciplinary issues were addressed within accordance of policies and procedures.
