Daily Duties at Bank Of New York :
Managed Manhattan Retail Banking Division: 20 branch locations/population 300+/exempt/non-exempt. High volume recruitment for Manhattan Retail, Private Client Services, BNY Asset Management, Estate Planning/Trusts and IT Divisions; VP, AVP, AT and consultant positions. ? Partnered with retail division SVP to meet division objectives as well as HR goals; significantly improved employee morale, lowered turnover and boost sales totals. ? Improved rate of turnover in Retail Division within 6 months of hire date. Brought the “open door policy” to the retail division by becoming a hands-on HR partner improving division performance. ? Successfully filled 40+ openings within 3 months of employment; promoted shortly after to HR Manager ? Restructured College Summer Internship Program into a celebrated, competitive program - increasing talent pool of hires with proven winners.
