Daily Duties at Times Herald Record:
? Managed the recruiting lifecycle, identified “Best Recruitment Practices” within the local labor markets and throughout the region to determine a staffing strategy that fits the needs of the business-experience in alternative sourcing methods. Provide counsel and support on various human resources issues. ? Identified opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness through individual/team coaching and facilitation - increased management competence in teamwork, communication, career development, etc. ? Coordinate and execute new hire orientations and ensure smooth transition into corporate culture. Partnered with Advertising Director to ensure sales force commission strategy aligned with business needs, retained and recognized key performers.
