District-wide responsibility for labor negotiations, recruitment, retention, training and development, workers compensation, safety, salary administration, employee benefits, succession planning, employee performance, organizational change, policy administration and regulatory compliance. Administer six collective bargaining agreements. Manage a staff of eleven with a personnel budget of $210 million.
