Daily Duties at Philips/Nxp Semiconductors:
Responsible for implementation of SAP CRM 4.0 Interaction Center module application. Project completed successfully on time and within budget with high degree of quality. Lead analyst for all phases of project lifecycle, including determining business requirements, blueprinting, gap analysis, de-bugging code, all aspects of testing including user acceptance testing, writing and delivering training to new users in Europe and Far East. Project received very high ratings from both internal customers and end users. At a higher level, researched industry best practices, competitive CRM roadmaps and internal gap analysis, providing valuable input to management. Evaluated SAP’s new channel management functionality during SAP user acceptance and also for internal use. Post-implementation expertise utilized in second line support role. Completed successful design, testing, training and implementation of SAP R/3 custom global channel management module consisting of 100 custom SAP R/3 transactions, working with team of third party consultants. Channel management module was a ‘bolt-on’ to SAP SD module, specifically order management and pricing logic. The custom module included distributor POS, inventory, ship-and-debit, a complex pricing hierarchy which included price book, market price, quoting and contract functionality. Developed and implemented custom web based order and quote transactions for use by Philips’ global distributors. Created and tested Web Focus and later Business Objects reports to support custom transactions. Created online training courses for web based transactions used by hundreds of North American distributor users. Also completed successful upgrade of SAP R/3 from 3.0 to 4.6.
