Daily Duties at Nielsen Media Research:
Conduct technical and media related surveys by phone. Interviewer must remain neutral in order to ensure an accurate representation of the television viewing and web using public. RI must have knowledge of privacy laws and a variety of technical equipment. Involves data entry, verifying, probing, persuading and excellent people skills. Most pay attention to detail and take preventive measures in order to collect the information needed.
