Daily Duties at River City Management:

Prepared a variety of menu items while using a variety of utensils, equipment and recipes. Prepared several types of meat, soup, gravy, vegetables and starches. Ability to adjust recipes according to the number of servings needed, large or small. Made different kinds of breakfast items and prepared eggs and sandwiches to order. Ensured all items were properly prepared and ready on time. Set up, replenished, tore down and cleaned hot/cold food lines. Practiced the clean as you go method by cleaning preparation equipment, utensils and work area after using. Keeps track of those who eat in dining facility and what organizations they are apart of. Must account for the money of paying civilians and soldiers alike.
