Daily Duties at Defense Automated Printing Service:
Efficiently logged in/out and tracked print requests while using Microsoft Excel. Maintained files for in-house and contract printing. Ran Xerox copiers when an operator was off or on break. Prevented possible waste by confirming a costumers questionable instructions. Informed customers of problems with requests and of when print orders are ready. Operated bindery, hole punching, shrink wrapping and shipping equipment. Kept an inventory of printing and office supplies.
