Daily Duties at Aviation Recruiting, Inc:
Senior Account Manager & Recruiter, Aviation Industry Specialist • Recruit individuals from the USA for direct hire, domestic and international aviation positions at the executive, management, and technical levels in specialty areas such as quality, inspection, maintenance, flight operations, sales, engineering, and defense contract. • Source candidates through a candidate database, internal contacts, external job boards, referrals, industry-related developments, leads, etc. • Contact established clients and potential clients for new and/or continued business. •Establish contacts with outplacement offices in Military Airbases and other agencies/organizations. •Receive, review, and screen all incoming CVs, resumes, and applications. •Maintain communication with the candidate and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback. •Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports on candidates subject to hiring, distribution of resources, company recruiting initiatives, and sales goals. •Prepare employment offers for accepted candidates. •Post open positions on the company’s website and external job posting sites. •Manage two other recruiters.
