Daily Duties at Deacon Recruiting:

•Recruited to assist in the creation and development of the Aviation Division of Deacon Recruiting. •Source candidates and build internal database through personal contacts, external job boards, referrals, industry-related developments, direct recruiting, etc. •Receive, review, and screen all incoming CVs, resumes, and applications. •Maintain communication with the candidate and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback. •Counsel candidates on interviewing, resume writing, career search and industry trends •Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports on candidates subject to hiring, distribution of resources, company recruiting initiatives, and sales goals. •Post open positions on external job posting sites. •Top Producer for May 2006 •National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) – Member •San Antonio Area Business Aviation Alliance (SAABAA) – Member
