Daily Duties at Cegelec Prime Atlantic Consortium :

? Provide financial expertise on financial issues to locally-based management; ? Oversee development and maintain polices and procedures ? Preparation of management reports ? CAPEX ? Facilitate prompt payment of Trainee’s “Personal Allowance” ? Facilitate prompt payment for all local purchases within 30 days from receipt of invoice against approved Purchase Requisition ? Prepare Financial Transaction Reports- Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly ? Maintain a fulsome and accurate record of all financial transactions ? Assist the Training Manager with Budget Preparation ? Maintain trainee HR records ? Maintain OTF Staff (Admin & Trainers) records ? Process all OTF staff and trainee timesheets ? Process all Staff leave Transportation request ? Participate in all ‘Official Warning’ Meetings ? Management of all Immigration Paperwork and facilitation of Visa acquisition Procedures. ? Prepare HR Reports: Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly ? Facilitate procurement of specialist material and supplies ? Ensuring provision of safe and reliable transportation in the event of facility evacuation. ? Ensuring of continuity of supply of emergency materials in the event of responding to a crisis. ? Incident Command Centre (ICC) “External Logistic Coordinator” ? Movement of equipment to & from the training facility. ? Secure trainee and staff travel to & from the facility. ? Attend to the requirements of visiting customers and personnel (including hotel, travel, room bookings, refreshments, corporate entertainment, co-ordination of desk spaces within the Working facility etc.)
