Daily Duties at Ominchem, Llc:

•Improved the efficiency within the plants' operations and optimized quality. •Work with specific customer account contacts to develop service expectations, develop service plans, and implement mechanisms to deliver and maintain the expected services. •Implement the EPOC II (Emulsion Process for paint Overspray Capture) Management Service, including the following specific requirements: *Monitor system specifications and take corrective actions when the system parameters are out-of-specification. *Report status of system parameters. *Coordinate inbound product and outbound spent emulsion. *Conduct requisite testing and report results. *Recommend corrective actions. •Monitor the costs associated with each account to ensure that services provided are within budget guidelines. Participate in periodic business reviews. •Implement procedures to ensure that activities are performed in accordance with all company policies, ISO 9002 guidelines and regulatory guidelines. •Develop and record data on paint spray booth operation, including: *Evaluating booth performance. *Evaluating scrubber performance. *Evaluating mist eliminator performance. *Evaluating fan blower and stack performance. •Assist in troubleshooting to resolve technical problems. •Monitor customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and soliciting feedback from key customer contacts to determine specific needs and/or concerns. •Responsible for making recommendations regarding the alignment of company capabilities to new business opportunities. •Implement contingency planning to minimize interruptions in service due to planned and/or emergency situations. •Ensure that service interruptions are minimized due to vacations/sicknesses, and work with management to resolve technical and business conflicts. •Implement site safety plan and monitor safety performance. •Implement and coordinate special projects as directed.
