Daily Duties at At&T:
Managed team of 15 contractor’s and full time technicians responsible for proactive and reactive monitoring, trouble isolation and resolving ADSL and HDSL2 issues. Duties included turning up new location and provisioning assistance. Received and resolved second and third level escalations from customers and peer partners. Maintained various employee records in accordance with management, state and local policies. Collaborated with vendors and in-house engineers concerning equipment enhancements and network issues such as software - hardware upgrades. Participated in devising and maintaining SLA’s with appropriate work groups. Maintained set maintenance objectives established by strategic management objectives.
