Daily Duties at City Of Miami Beach:
To locate and hire the most qualified applicants while serving the total Human Resources needs of the current (1800+) employees. Reported to the Human Resources Administrator and supervised three employees in the Human Resources Compensation Section. ? Responsible for researching employee compensation issues for 1800+ employees. ? Calculate and input yearly Cost of Living (COLA) increases, performance evaluations, and Union Contract provisions. ? Personnel Records Custodian and responsible for responding to Public Records Requests and Subpoena’s. ? Served on the Eden Inforum Gold Implementation Team as Human Resources Representative. ? Calculated and processed Executive Benefits provisions and Executive Spreadsheet custodian. ? Process employee FMLA and Military Leave requests. ? Processed Tuition Assistance requests.
